National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — More waiting time in toll plaza

Address: Valavanthankottai, Thuvakkudi

Valavanthankottai toll plaza- placed in trichy to thanjai bye pass road. In this toll plaza 5 ways IN and 5 ways OUT. But always 2 ways closed in IN and OUT. It caused more waiting time and make much more traffic at that ways. So please my kind request for open all ways and improve the tag scanning process fast for all travellers.
