National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — No maintenance and broken road

Renwal toll plaza near Phagi, Rajasthan is not maintaining the road at all. Condition is so bad that even near the toll itself the road is broken. Along with this, no fastag service is available. I hope NHAI will take strict action on it because it is an issue of customer safety.
