National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Over deduction of Toll amount on dated 11-Nov-23

Myself Nitesh Chaudhary, traveled from Eastern Peripheral Way (from Duhai to Main Plaza Jakhauli) through Vehicle No. : HR20 Y0244, Fastag Barcode[protected] on 11 Nov 2023 (Saturday evening around 5.28PM),

Toll Plaza had deducted extra amount from my Fastag account (280/- deducted instead of actual charges i.e. 95/-) .

Number of times, same thing has been repeated.
It is requested you to take necessary action against employee appointed at Toll plaza & to refund my extra money deducted to my fastag account.
