National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Request for refund of excess amount charged

Address: Baswant Plaza , Pimpalgaon (B) District Nashik

On 13th and 15th December 2020 I have travelled by my car No. MH15EP8054 via Baswant Toll at Pimpalgaon (B) District Nashik.
Being a local resident and vehicle registration from the same district they should have charged only Rs. 40/- . But they have charged Rs. 145/- each time when I cross the toll plaza. I have visited the toll plaza at their office for requesting the refund of Rs. 210. But they have refused to do so. Please help me to refund the excess amount cut from my account.
