National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll deducted for Pune registered vehicles at khed shivapur toll naka

Address: Khed shuvapur toll, pune

I was travelling from pune on 13th march 2021 vehicle number mh12 rt8743 and my toll was deducted from fastag eventhough vehicle is pune registered and the toll is supposed to be free. So while returning i emptied my wallet still toll got deducted and now the wallet balance is shwon in negative. What more is my fast tag is blocked now
