National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll deducted through fastag and also collected in cash

Hi, when I was travelling on 23rd Dec 2020 from Gurgaon to Govardhan(Mathura), on Srinagar toll plaza we were deducted amount via fast tag also however we paid in cash.

Kindly look into the matter.
