National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll on Wardha to Nagpur Highway

I travelled from Wardha to Nagpur (Maharashtra) with Fastag sticker on car. When i reached toll they said your fastag balance is Zero but my account has balance Rs. 4000 INR.
But for other toll fastag works very well. Then why these people ask money.
