National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Toll plaza didn't scan fastag

Dhaneshwar Toll plaza on national highway didn't scan my fastag. After moving to and fro. He refused to allow to pass.
Then my driver took car back.
Next lane was non functional.
Took to outermost lane where Mr Rajendra who said himself supervisor behaved unmannerly.
Hand operated scanner was discharged.
4-5 people were sitting there seems to be the workers of toll plaza. non of them cooperative tather aughing at us.
I paid 65 Rs and then passed.
It was very troubling and insulting.
