National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Wrong charge of toll tax on my fastag

This is in reference to my vehicle number RJ14XC 7095 a Creta car from Hyundai which crossed Shahjahanpur toll plaza on 20/6/ 2020 . It went towards Delhi and was charged Rs 135 at 11.05pm and was again charged Rs 65 on 21/06/20 at 3.51 am when it returned towards Jaipur. This was correct charge but then Rs 335 by ref no 16246174 was charged again as shortfall of charges which was wrong charge. I did file a complaint no 2157310 on 30/06/20 and your representative agreed that it was wrong charge and would be refunded in 7 days but nothing has happened in nearly 6 months. I have spoken to your representatives a few times but nothing has been done. As a result I lost confidence in your fast tag system and started using cash putting me through lot of agony wasting my time standing in long queues for clearing toll plazas whenever I travelled out of city. The overcharge also lead to balance falling below 200 resulting in blocking of the fast tag and you taking away rest of money which should be Rs 180 as the balance was below required level. I am looking for refund of overcharge along with other money deducted in next 7 days under intimation to me otherwise I would be constrained to make further complaints or initiate legal action where claim would be much higher as i have kept all cash receipts when I cleared toll plazas and wasted more than 20 extra hours standing in cash queues.
