National Highways Authority Of India [NHAI] — Wrong toll collection on KMP expressway

Today I was going to Ghaziabad through palwal on eastern peripheral expressway but I took the wrong route and entered the KMP ( western peripheral) instead, when I realised my mistake I came back from nuh plaza but when I reached toll at palwal they charged me whole 220 rs. Operator said entry slip is valid is for 45 minutes while I reach there in 49 minutes. Why did you charge the whole amount while you can charge 45 rs for one toll only.
