Dear sir/madam,
I have two nic mediclaim and varishtha policies as below:
Policy no 354500/48/14/85-154 maria fatima pais (Self)
Policy no 354500/48/14/85-153 tatiana trindade fernandes (Mother)
Both the above expire on 23rd may 2016.
Each year i do not receive any renewal notice and have to make innumerable number of calls and send emails to be able to renew the same. As officers who are also incommunicado most of the time, get transferred frequently, there is no one we can really approach. Two previous officials have been kind enough to support me so far.
I cannot renew these policies online for whatever reason and no one answers the phone at this office from where my policies were purchased.

This is really shameful for an organisation like nic who do not seem to have any professional way to deal with customers and once money is paid will not do as much as respond. The name and contacts of the manager of the said branch are not available on the website or online chat which is meant to help customers.
Please could you tell me what i should do in the circumstances. Is it also possible to move my policies out of this branch to one in south delhi where i live - vasant kunj or nearby. As a senior citizen i find it very difficult to chase these people all the time and it just adds to my stress.
Kindly let me know the way forward as i am worried with the short time i have in hand to renew my policy
