Sir,
Under a very compelling situation, i would like to bring the following fact for your kind perusal:
1. My mother smt. Uma chatterjee had an accidental fall on 5.1.2016 and she had to be admitted to a nursing home on 6.1.2016, with due intimation to m/s genins india. She underwent surgery on 8.1.2016 and subsequently on 13.1.2016, she was released from the nursing home.
2. I submitted the claim form to the office of m/s genins india on 25.1.2016 and till date no official communication has been made by them.
3. As my mother is in need of further treatment, i'm in desperate need of money. Please do the needful to settle my legitimate claim. I"m not approaching you with a begging bowl.
