[Resolved] National Insurance Company — Non payment of the excess amount of insurance sum received by the company

I have paid the premium of rs. 9017/- by cheque on 8th feb.2016 against which the money receipt is issued of rs. 7214/- only.Inspite of repeatedly contacting on phone and personally, they have not refunded the excess amount of the premium to my bank account. No renewal notice is issued. I am senior citizen. My policy number is 300500/48/15/[protected] dt.8.02.2016 boi national swasthya bima policy. A period of three months has passed but no refund is given. If this is not cleared within a week, i shall approach customers grievance cell for harrassement and claim for compensation. No officer at junagadh is replying properly and solve the issue. From rushikesh j. Vaishnav, junagadh
