National Insurance Company — Non release of claim amount already approved

Iam a retired Union Bank of India staff PF no.418512 with Mediclaim Insurance scheme policy No.[protected]
UHID [protected]. A claim was submitted to HITPA under claim no.[protected] in two parts ie ( Rs.212063+Rs.19361). I received the 1st one. But 2nd amount was not received till time. HITPA issued settlement letter, stating that claim was settled for full amount on 24.7.21 with NEFT no.KKBK[protected]. But the amount is not received. Please look into and release the said 2nd part of claim omount of Rs.19261 immediately.
