[Resolved] National Insurance Company — Renewal of my policy | |||
Sub:Renewal of policy: 52900/31/14/[protected] Dear Sir With Reference to your policy Transaction ID EASI [protected] and customer reference no –[protected] I had done renewal of the motor vehicle policy on net banking dated[protected]. I got a call from[protected] stating that I should go to the nearest NIC office Give them the transaction ID and collect the policy. But in-spite of my efforts till date I had not received the policy and the old policy was expired on 20-1-16. MY policy no was 52900/31/14/[protected] Please note that I had renewed the policy on[protected] much before expiry date . I had the renewal of the policy on line on NIC web page so as to save the time and now I have to call the customer care explain them send mails to all without any help from the concerned. NIC people communicate in mails without giving policy and I was facing all the problems. Was this information helpful? | |||
Apr 23, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved National Insurance company just closes the complaint without doing any thing.
Mrs Hema Bindu send a mail ([email protected]) asking for my bank details to refund the amount and another gentle man Mr Ranadhir Dey([email protected]) writes a mail indicating that the policy was generated on 21-1-2016 for which I had replied that I had taken policy from HDFC Ergo stating to refund the amount, when i had done online payment on 11-1-2016 why the policy has generated on 21-1-2016 (Expiry of policy was on 20-1-2016)also I got mails from the NIC that it was their System failure for which I was targeted .Till date no refund was done and not received any renewal policy.Even a Gentleman Mr Siddarth from IT department has called me and had said he will do for refund.His no 033-22831739.
I had written so many mails for refunding the amount and till date nothing means nothing and all NIC people including the top management trying to throw their internal problem on others and keep me waiting for a positive solution of my complaint.
