I have been a loyal customer of national insurance since 2000, Paying my dues on time or rather before time. The time when you people wanted to sell the policy big promises were made, but these all came out to be false . I underwent a knee replacement surgery, for which first I was told to furnish old documents and then I was told that the payment was made late 2 days and 9 days late . I don't understand why such harassment is being done when firstly I haven't made any late payment anyhow . Secondly I was given a condone note for the same. Still I was harassed by the TPA people and they asked me to furnish old documents and the process was delayed for 24 hours. Secondly my policy is for 3 lakh and I was sanctioned only 2 lakh may I know why. If I pay for a 3 lakh policy why am I entitled for 2 lakh. I think what you people want is that a customer should pay lifelong and don't claim once. My only fault is that I paid my premium on time and that I associated with you people . Such a huge firm and such cheap activities . please look into the matter or I will go to the consumer forum.
