Bank of baroda Fastag double payment

My fastag read blacklisted on a tollbooth so i had to pay cash but after few minutes i got message that money also debited from my fastag wallet. This is double payment i paid by cash but money also debited from fastag wallet....

Problem in mapping of account with aadhar

I had an account in UBI which mapped with aadhar but my this account closed in 2017.
I want to mappe aadhar with another account in SBI for DBT and other aadhar based transaction for this I give request in bank and bank request in npci but npci rejects the request.
When we see in adhar linked account it shows old account UBI account but I want to change .
Why npci rejects my request .
And what is the solution of...

Two expired transaction from BHIM App

Address: House No. - 225B, Road No. - 4, Lokmat Colony, Butibori MIDC, Near - Mulak Ayurveda College

Transaction got fail but money deducted from account and still did not get refund

I did payment rs 1477 on 19 september 2020 through google pay, but trasanction got failled and money deducted through my account now more than 1 month passed i did not get by refund. I did complain regarding this matter to google pay customer care center and they forwarded my complain to NPCI on 8 october 2020 but still NPCI not shortout this problem yet. Vehicle number says blacklisted by NPCI

Vehicle number KA08MW2969, had sbi fast tag since 2017. even after KYC, i coudnt recharge and no customer care knew why. so when i tried to opt for paytm fasttag, it said NPCI has blacklisted this number. Once again no responsible person from anywhere can resolve this....

Amount deducted from account but not credited in receiver account

Complain about my failed transaction for which money debited but not received any refund till 30 days of waiting.

My transaction was failed on 9th sept 2020 while transacting through google pay upi. But the money debited from my account not credited back within the expected time. The money not even sent to the receiver account.After that I have requested google pay to resolve the issue but no resolution found till date.they don't even respond to my issue.
so be kind enough to resolve my issue and I want justice for this kind of harassing service...
