[Resolved] National Pension System — not able to complete the registration since there is some issue with payment gateway

I am getting "Registration against this Acknowledgement Id is pending for confirmation from payment Gateway.Please try again after sometime." when i am trying to pay and not allowing me to login for NPS contribution through online. Please resolve it. Acknowledgement Id 11805896 Acknowledgement Date 15/03/2019
Also, is it possible to make payment through net banking of other bank, than the one that is mentioned during registration?
