[Resolved]  Naturals — incorrect bill and amount charged

Hi team,

Today i have taken service in naturals velacherry branch.

I did waxing for underarms and half leg.

1st of the service is very good.

But in terms of bill i am totally upset.

In the bill they have mentioned and charged for underarms quality 2 nd full arms but i did only 1 underarm nd half leg 1.

I didn't notice, just enquired why 684rs. They said there is an increase in rate but 100% increase?!! (Really not expected). This should be communicated before starting the service.

After which i reviewed the bill once reached home and i was shocked.
This is very rediculous and not fare, i haven't did full arm and extra underarm but they charged for the service which i haven't took.

Internet page says half leg is 240rs and under arms is 80rs (Attached) but you have charged more than 100%.

Very disappointed.

Please look into this and transfer my money back to my account.
