Hi,
On 23.06.2022( at 10 pm approx), i had a hair cut at naturals, navalur outlet ( bill.no.1339/42116) . Bill was rs.177 and i was generous to provide a tip and total amount was rs.227/- . Due to change of my ATM pin by my family member i had swiped my debit card and incorrectly entered it without properly recollecting it. Offered cash but the incharge person at the counter informed that there was no change. He could have immediately told me the other payment options of gpay which he did only after the pin incorrectly entered the next two times. Payment was paid via gpay as i regularly use that. He deliberately took photo of my gpay transaction and embarrassed me publicly.
I am a reputed person and this inconsiderate way of handling me for a petty amount and causing public embarrassment/ deficiency in services had caused me severe mental agony.
Need a directly apology from the concerned person( person at counter) responsible for this. My contact number is [protected].
Plz take necessary action and do the needful on priority.
