Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport — Leakage inside the bus

I have boarded a nmmt bus from koperkhairne to kharghar bus no.55, vechicle no. mh-43-h-5207 on 30/06/2016 at 9.05 p. m. the bus was full leaking and the seats and bus was full of water, due to which passenger couldnt even sit thought there were empty seats. and the passenger had to wave there hands to stop the bus or the driver was driving without halting.
