Navi Mumbai Municipal Transport — refusal to return balance money (ticket fare)

Bus conductor (Sopan navnath andhale) refused to return balance money of the fare (Rs. 102-rs.22) to two lady passengers denying that the ladies handed over rs. 100 note and arguing that he was given rs. 50 note. Thus the conductor managed to fleece the customer and pocket rs.50. W

In the process the conductor also abused and behaved indecently nearly abusing the lady passengers and leaving the lady passengers to wonder if such a behaviour is normal for a service provider like nmmt.

A hand written complaint also submitted to turbhe depot for onward relay to the general manager - nmmt, belapur office.
