Neeraj Kumar — Money cut from my account but ticket not received

this is in conjunction with a complaint raised by me before for a ticket booking from delhi to kalka, amount deduction transaction ID [protected] dated 23.07.2015 Bank SBI amount is 1146.85. Please do the necessary refund action as early as possible. thank you Neeraj Kumar
