The person named raman aka abhinav posted his number ([protected]) on quora offering money transfer services in neteller wherein we have to transfer the amount to him and he would subsequently transfer the amount into my neteller account. After having spoken to him, i transferred a total of rupees 10400 (Including 400 commision) so that he has to transfer 10000 rupees into my neteller account. But he has failed to transfer any amount and has blocked my number. I have learnt that he has cheated many people on similar lines. Kindly help me in getting back my amount.
