Neteller India Solution — money cheating

Sir,

I had paid rs 30, 000/- to raman acharya (Neteller solution india) for depositing in my neteller ewallet through googel pay transactions worth rs 20000/- and rs 10000/- on dt 28.02.2019.
But he has cheated me. He has neither deposited the amount in my neteller account nor returned back to my bank account.
From reviews in this forum i am now confirmed that he is a cheater and running a fraud business.

Please take action against him. His whatsapp number:[protected] and google pay number to which i have made payment: [protected].

I am enclosing herewith the union bank and google pay transaction details for your kind perusal and necessary action.
