I saw an ad of netflix saying that "try us free for 30 days! You won't be charged until after your free month..." but they charged me and when i am asking for refund they said that i am not eligible for the free trial. I was not told the reason for not eligible. Also the customer care advisor told me that there is no way i can check whether or not i am eligible for a free trial. Was this information helpful? |
