Netflix is cheato people by taking the credit card details and debiting the subscription amount without the consent of the credit card holder. I have registered on netflix for free subscription of one month but after one month my credit card is debited for rs 499 without my consent and when i got the statement of my credit i called up customer care which simply refused to refund the amount. Netflix has adopted wrong process of acquiring the credit card details at the time of registration and further debiting the subscription amount without proper consent. They should be taking the credit card details once the free subscription time of one month is over like all other online companies are doing. Was this information helpful? |
