Netflix hijacks personal data by not letting me delete my billing information despite being in the free period. I installed it today 29/08/2019 and changed my mind. However it's not letting me delete my card details.

Membership cancelation done on 15th aug 2019 but till date amount 649 not Credited to my bank account, its now 3 months, I called Customer care on 16 oct 19 he is saying that we are still working this is all [censored], Team pls help me to take my money back

I emailed Netflix regarding this issue and till date the company not even ready to respond to my complaint .
