I placed an order on 29th June 8:22PM Order ID[protected]A and paid Rs 454.95 and the order failed but money was deducted so I tried to order again and paid again and the order failed again and Rs 454.95 was deducted AGAIN. I contacted netmeds chat support (which is difficult to find on their app) and they initially said i should wait for 7 days and I waited and then I said i didn't get any refund. They asked me to share gpay payment receipts and they removed attachment from chat so I that I won't be able to share receipts. After raising multiple tickets I have not received my refund for 2 payments. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Jul 26, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Netmeds has worst customer care where one guy disabled attachment in chat section to harass me Netmeds customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
