I had ordered medicines from the Netmeds app on 25th June 2022, for which the payment was made using debit card through Phonepe app. The transaction was successful and the amount was debited from my account. But there was no confirmation of order placed from the Netmeds. I didn't receive any mail or sms. It's not even visible in MY ORDERS section. I have attached the photocopy from the Phonepe app which states the Transaction number and the payment done to Netmeds.
I tried to get in touch with the customer support team of Netmeds through Email, call and chat but the complaint left unattended. They aren't responding.
Kindly take the appropriate action to refund the money.
