Netplus Broadband — facing issue with wifi from last 20 days

Dear Sir/madam
I am facing problem of internet not working since last month 20 days .
I have called the helpline of netplus many times but every time I have heard that my complaint has been registered and my complaint is open but till now no technician from netplus has come to me even when I call. At the customer service it is said here that today will be fine, working hours will be fine but till now my problem has not been solved. If the solution to this problem is not found then this is the setbox from here. Jaye.
