Netplus Broadband — Internet not working please help me

totally worst service by netplus team and supporters i filed the request on 7/may/2021 by slow speed network.
10/may/2021 but request will closed without my concern how its is possible.

I recharge on 23may 2021 but wifi is not working they are saying that your payment doesn, t not show on there system, then I call there customer some say this some this then one agent tells me to file a complaint on there email address with image of your payment I did it but stills internet not working

Netplus suddenly stop giving internet access in the mid night ! Worst service .

From the last month my wifi wiFi is not working properly it's showing no internet connection. Customer service is not replying please close my broadband from netplus now.

I am surviving from last 15 days dew to wifi not working, always internet it’s showing gone. If i call on customer care[protected] number getting busy. I paid for 6 month advance but not getting any resolution. It’s very very worst service getting from netplus broadband.

I recharged my Internet connection on 7th March 2023, but my Internet is not working. Error- No internet connection.

Please help me out
