I m using broadband of netplus from last 1.5/2 yrs, no issues were created till the convergence if my connection to optical fibre.
My connection was migrated to optical fibre as per company policy. Nd due to that my customer id was changed nd i was not aware of that. On the due date i pay my bill on the old cust id instead of new one. Nd my account was suspended after some days.
At that time i came to know that i had new customer id. Customer care executive suggested me to send mail to company's mailbox to get my payment transferred to new account. And i do the same, after that i get revert pay more ammount that was outstanding so thar they could transfer the whole amount. The rest amount was paid at once,
From the first day i have been raising requests to customer care for transfer the amount, no proper solution nd my connection is suspended due to non payment.
I have made several calls, also raise request by mails but no response. Always been asked to wait..
M pretty much harrased as on every time i need to repeat the whole story to the executive and at the end answer is same, please wait..
Sir please provide me some solution..
