New India Assurance — 2 (two) mediclaim policy, claim denied by heritage health tpa pvt ltd. claim no hh[protected],& policy no[protected]

My wife had 2 mediclaim policy. She was hospitalized & total claim of rs.99541.95, reliance insurance had paid cashless rs.56329.60now i claim rest amount from second insurance company the new india assurance company. H. H tpa pvt has refused to pay the rest on ground to the contribution clause 5.9. Out of total total bed rent of rs.3000.00, the reliance had paid rs. 2000.00, can i claim rs 1000.00 from my company.
