I r bangaru naidu, renewal insurance of my two wheeler ref: ap31ck8411 on the day of 19th january 2018 through policy x.com and received conformation policy proposal no. Tw[protected], policty number :[protected], amount of rs. 1, 143/- (Rupees one thousand one hundred and fourty three only) from my sb a/c o[censored]bi, maddelapalem, vizag. Then says with in one hour you are received original policy certificate to registered mail. But till date/time i am not receive any policy certificate. I am suffering very struggle. As per the prospectus Guidelines, the cataract claim for each eye is 20% of SA or Rs.50, 000/- for each eye. However, the said amount has not received by me from Health India TPA, Surat under claim No.HI-NIA[protected]-2017) & HI-NIA[protected]-2017). Kindly expedite in the matter at the earliest.
