With reference to the above, our mortgage loan customer sri. Rajkumar had availed a fire and building insurance policy copy with new india assurance and had endorsed the same to repco bank. A claim was made under this policy on 11.08.2017 and the documents requested by the surveyor were submitted. However until now we have not received any updates on the status of claim settlement. The original policy copy, claim form, electricity bill, and engineer report are attached for your reference. We kindly request you to look into the same and provide us a status on the claim settlement.
