I have a mediassist card which is provided by my company, and the insurance is with new india assurance company. There is a cashless claim approved in december 2017, and due to some circumstances, i have paid the money to get discharged from the hospital. (The amount was approved). Now its been three months the new india assurance company is not willing to transfer the money to the hospital bank account. Everything is approved then why new india assurance is doing like this as am unsure. Multiple time i have contacted mediassist team but they are saying that its pending with the insurance company
