I was admitted to apollo gleneagles hospital bypass kolkata with serious dengue fever on 30th november 2017 and discharged on 4th december 2017. While the bill amount was rs 65000 approx md india healthcare (Tpa) services pvt. Ltd paid only rs 21236. Please pay to me the balance amount immediately under uhid no: 65098 to enable me to repay the amount to my lender. Your immediate action is solicited.
