New India Assurance — claim for policy number[protected]

I recently raised a claim for my car accident, policy number[protected], car number dl-8cag-2451

I have been asked to produce a ncb certificate, my last insurer was bajaj alliance and i have reached out to them for the same, it will take some time.

I talked to your customer care, and they give me email address - nia.[protected]@newindia.co.in

I have wriiten them mails and no one is replying, can someone get back.
