New India Assurance — claim issue

I have renewed the policy from policy bazar in dec 2017
Recently my car has accidents, and i come to pasco body shop on 19.03.2018 for repairing
But pasco adviser said this policy is not cashless and make the
Full payment for repairing, and pasco is not tie up with new india assurance
Pls resolve the issue, i m the facing heavy problem for inconvenience. I not able to make
Any repairing payment.
