New India Assurance — claim settlement process is very slow

We are not satified from you are services.
We send the intimation to tpa before 4 month but still claim not setteled.
In anather company fastly settelde the claim within a 15 days. But in new india assurance company taking to much time for settelment. Please think on this compalint and do fast work.
