New India Assurance — Claim settlement RC NO DL1CQ0887

Sub --- Issue In claim settlement in A/C LOKESH BHARAL, VEHICLE REGISTRATION NO DL1CQ0887.

My policy no is[protected] and we have lodged a claim on 24th July 2020 and My claim no[protected], Which are not yet settled.
I had a word with surverior (Name Lalit Mohan, Contact No [protected]), as per him he has submitted the document to keshav puram office but later surverior has blocked my no, So I have no update from his side.

I contacted your customer care and they gave me the landline no of Keshav Puram office[protected] and asked me to contact Mr M.P. Singh but nobody is picking up any call.

I am completely help ness now, Pls help me to settle my claim ASAP.
