I, madhu khanna am awaitng my claim on the new india for my insurance.
My pol detail are :

Irda token number : 0917016850,
Entity reference number : nia00023383.
Other reference number : card no. Mumnip07420010000335a
Certificate number. (Incase of group insurance) :[protected]
Date of intimation : 02jun2017 claim number : mum0617cl 0002673 claim amount : 74153
My claim is pending payable with new india from the month of june 2017 even after giving all documents to vidal tpa.
Initially my cashless got rejected as they said all cashless with new india are stopped.
Till date vidal tpa says the new india is not clearing claim??? I, have to requested again and again to vidal tpa for no reasons the claim is delayed.
I, have also complained to irda grievance, my grievance copy also enclosed. (Chk attachmemnts) till date neft not received of my claim.
I, madhu anil khanna is surprised as i have recd no email or post for why my claim, which is delayed or not yet called for. It is pending since 2nd june 2017 almost a year, for the above claim.in pursuance of my oral follow-up with the vidal tpa & the new india assurance co. Ltd. I am writing this mail as a grievance.
The reason for delayed payment was told to me that the claim ratio is very high & hence there will be a delay in settling the same claim,
Do i understand that the company is to pay only if the claim ratio is lower than that they have anticipated while underwriting the proposal of insurance, if the claim ratio is high they can charge a premium higher that what they have charged to us today.
I am very sure that they cannot cancel or avoid the claim in this situation.
. I understand that my policy runs in continuity for the required term which make the claim of piles payable in the time which i have been in the policy.
I am more shocked to know that after registering a claim with the irda website (Copies attached) as well we have not recd any reply of complaint made nor any requirement since almost a year. The simple claim of piles which is a non pre existing ailments without any claim has all features inclusive for the settlement of claim. Which should be looked into & settled asap
I request you to help me for getting my claim amount from insurance company, i am saddened as the time period taken is so long & i cannot personally persue the same i have asked mr. Raminder singh chadha to pursue the claim on my behalf as i have my house responsibilities & my husband & would not be able to run after the claim.
I have recd a mail for delayed filling of the claim which i have clearly shown to mr. Rahul that the claim was well informed before hand as we had tried to get a cashless approval which could not be processed & we had intimated the insurance co along with the agency whom we purchased the policy. They had assured us best service but now say that the new india & vidal refuse to pay what can we do
Please interfere and help us to clear our claim.

No response comes from The New India Assurance Company Ltd., for this variation. This was happening from 2016 onwards. My mails to nia.gh [protected]@newindia.co.in remain unanswered.
