I purchased my car (SANTRO XING- UP82J0605) insurance (Receipt No-[protected]-[protected] Customer id- PO[protected] with New India Assurance Co Ltd. on 10.04.2012(Duration 10.4.2012- 12.01am-09.4.2013- 11.59pm) (Annexure 1a and b).
During insurance period the front glass of my car broke due to stone (non criminal matter).
To claim, insurance I followed all required procedure and submitted all required documents to Agra office on 4.4.2013 (Annexure 2a b). Surveyor Mr Dharam Veer Singh made survey and submitted his report. And then submitted bill on 7.4.2013 (Annexure 3).
Since then (more than two years) I am continuously tracking my claim and I am misguided every time by Mr Sanjeev Agarwal (Head of Agra Office).
I went personally many times to Agra office and dialled 20-25 times.
Finally in January 2014 I was told by Mr Sanjeev Agarwal that my claim amount has been transferred to my account (HDFC Bank SHAMSHABAD ROAD, AGRA-[protected]) (Annexure 4 Cancelled cheque- Annexure 5- Bank statement) BUT ACTUALLY NO MONEY WAS TRANSFERRED.
I updated Mr Agarwal that money is not transferred and I submitted him New Account no. and Bank statement ([protected] -Axis bank Sanjay place Agra) (Annexure 6) to Office personally but after waiting for 5 months still money has not been transferred even in this new-old bank account NEITHER any cheque-cash has been issued.
Then I write an application under RTI act to Mr. P.K. Sahu (CHIEF MANAGER and CPIO New India Assurance Co Ltd) on 22.05.2014, but did not received any response.
After that I personally called and went to office 4-5 times but I was told in January 2015 that my case will be looked after end of financial year. BUT even after pass of 3 more months after 31st march my case has not been solved and my money has not obtained. After inquiry neither I am provided the transfer details nor the document file no. (So that I can file consumer court case).
In such extreme case kindly take sincere action against company and concerned.
