New India Assurance — complaint against lack of service and negative attitude from staff

Hi, my name is chandrashekar s from hyderabad. Almost the entire staff at the ameerpet branch, hyderabad seem to have negative attitude and they don't bother to listen to the customers' complaints including the deputy div. Manager ms. Vedasree. Everyone seems to have the same feeling, which is that they not only own the branch but also think that the customers work under them and the customers have to oblige by listening to whatever they say.
Even though i have raised a complaint stating that i am unable to renew my policy online (As my details were not properly uploaded by the branch), the dep. Dm instead of trying to help in resolving this issue, in a rude manner said that i don't pay a lot of money or don't have any other insurance policy other than just 1, and said that i should pay the amount either by cheque or transfer to some hdfc account.
She didn't even want to listen and address my complaint even though i told her that i have all the policies (Health, home, car, 2-wheeler) with nia and yet she was talking with me in a rude manner. Also, she said that she cannot put me to talk with the dm and said that he was in some meeting. This kind of excuse i keep hearing always from this branch staff that is most of the times they say that none of their phones work (Lame excuse), they don't look into the emails that are sent to their email id, they don't allow us to talk with the branch manager (Either doesn't come to the office or he is outside the office always), have a negative attitude when they talk with customers by saying that "if you want insurance to continue with us, you have to keep quite and pay the amount and cannot ask any questions", also, they go to the extent of saying that "you can go and escalate this issue with the top most management and say that no action can be initiated".
This gives a feeling that may be the branch is owned and run by the entire staff as they think that way and ill-treat and harass the customers.
