Regarding claim amount requesting multiple times on customer care of your company of your company employees. I called several times to company employee named miss sujata designated as head of particular department having mobile no. [protected] (Sujata. [protected]@newindia.co.in). I called several times to her and branch but she refuses to talk to me having irresponsible behavior giving excuses that i am sitting in some kind of functions or went some hill station. That irresponsible behavior of her and company employees is forcing me to take action against company and his employees lawfully. That irresponsible behavior of your company and employees harassed and frustrated me to take legal action against company. My vehicle is covered against insurance policy no[protected] named karm singh from new india assurance ghatkopar do (140600) telno.[protected]/25165894and claim date is 4/5/2018 and not settled till date 17/8/2018 instead complaining severel times on customers support of this branch of your company and employees also.
