Hi team,
I am tcs corporate policy holder. I have submitted claim to your tpa mediassist on 28 dec 2017 for my father's (Bhagwanrao maid - mediassist id - [protected]) orthopedic surgery. They asked for few bill break up and i have provided them on 9 jan 2018. Since then i have been following up with mediassists. Via e-mail and phone calls but not resolution till date. I have called them 9-10 times on [protected] (Dedicated for tcs). I am getting one standard answer all the time i. E. “i am raising request to our escalation team they will call you before 6 pm today/tomorrow”. Till now i haven’t received single call from them. Interestingly when i asked about one escalation id 3860005 then they said escalation team called but i was not reachable which is not a true because i have received many calls that day and nobody complaint about no connectivity.
My claim amount is 176207/- which is too high. I am paying heavy interest on my credit card. Please look into this matter on priority. Requesting your kind co-operation in this case. If this claim is not settled soon then i won’t have any choice other than lodging complaint to consumer court and irda and any other government authority.
