New India Assurance — don't take new india assurance insurance

My car has been accidentally broken on 7 oct 2017 and for repair it was gone in arya motors gurugram on 9 oct that is tata motors workshop.
After two days survey completed and my car full damage is not covered.
Now my question is why we are taking insurence when we need they denied claims we are spending lots of money but use less.
So this is my request to new india assurance company please give me my full claim if not than we will go further action.
