New India Assurance — have not got the mobile claim payment

Hi,

Claim number : [protected]
I have claimed the mobile phone (Iphone7) and got repaired. However i have not got the payment yet.
Customer care is saying that payment has been emitted on 8december 2017, still i haven’t got the payment.

Neither they are helping me to get the status nor they r providing any info

Please provide the date/ time when i will get the payment.
