Dear sir

I am policy holder of your company. I want to change my policy from floter to indivisual. My current policy status is floter. I want to change it in indivisual. I call to my broker mr. P. K. Jain regarding the same but he always ingore my call. At the last yesterday i call him on 01/08/2018 he refused me that we cannot change the policy from floter to indivisual. Before two year my policy stand indivisual. After that i call to coustmer care regarding the same they told me that there is a provision to change the policy but only in the home branch at sonipat. Mr p. K. Jain is also posted in home branch. My policy renewal date is very near. Kindly suggest me how can i changed my police to individual. If there is a provision then why he not to change. Kindly suggest. Detailed of the policy with no. Is given below.
